NOW HIRING:

Position Description: Lifeguard for 2008

Hours: Part-time; evenings and weekends required, hours vary. There is no set schedule so flexibility is a must.

Start Date: June 6, 2008

Salary: $8.50 - $9.00/hour (depending on experience)

Benefits: Meals provided during working hours.

Experience: Seeking candidate with lifeguard and CPR certification from the American Red Cross. Previous lifeguard experience helpful. Background check required.

Responsibilities:

Properly supervise all pool activity & surrounding area.
Manage pool operations to comply with health department regulations & accreditation standards.
Ensure that all safety equipment is available and in good working order.
Provide for the water safety of Camp Graham’s patrons.
Maintain positive, professional relationships will all client organizations and Camp personnel.
Collaborate with all Camp Graham’s program and operation teams to deliver high quality Lifeguard & custodial service.
Clean and stock bathrooms daily, as scheduled.
Assist with kitchen staff duties as scheduled.
Assist with maintenance projects as scheduled.
Coordinate hours to meet scheduling of all pool programs for each client's needs, to ensure proper supervision.
Other duties as assigned by Camp Director.
